For amicable property settlements · Fixed-fee packages · Support when you need it

    Before you begin

    Agreement first. Paperwork second.

You do not need every account balance for the first check. You do need to be able to work together voluntarily and agree to formalise your settlement. Complete financial information is collected before your documents are prepared.

Check that we fit your situation

You’re working towards an agreed property split, both people are willing to make it official, and the process is safe and voluntary. A short check helps us identify when you need a different kind of help.

No account or exact balances needed to start.
    2. 02

      Choose the support you want

See what each fixed-fee package includes before paying. Choose documents and self-filing, lawyer review and filing, or additional consultation.

Packages from $1,199. Any additional filing charge is shown separately.
    3. 03

      Prepare and review the details

After you start, provide the financial and relationship information needed for the documents. Both people need to give complete, accurate information and agree to the proposed terms.

Exact information matters here. We explain what is needed.

Sign and apply to the court

Review the proposed orders before signing. Filing support depends on your package. The court considers the application and may ask for changes or further information.

Your agreement becomes a court order only if the court approves it.

A few things to know before you start.

Do we both need to agree?

Yes. Consent orders record agreed terms. If key issues are unresolved or either person is unwilling to sign, work through that first. Our suitability check helps you find an appropriate next step.

    Is a lawyer included?

SplitBase provides documents for self-filing and does not include lawyer review. SplitPlus includes lawyer review and filing. SplitPro adds a 60-minute consultation. Check the package details and any separate filing charge before you pay.

Do consent orders also give us a divorce?

No. Divorce and property consent orders are separate processes. A property order deals with the financial arrangements set out in it.

How long does the process take?

It depends on how quickly you both provide information, agree and sign, and on the court’s review. We do not promise a court approval date.

Can we apply without attending a hearing?

An agreed consent-order application can generally be considered on the documents. The court can request further information or changes. Independent legal advice can help you understand the consequences before signing.
