    What happens after I choose a package?

    First, we’ll check that your situation fits the service and explain the process. When you’re ready, you can create your private application, review your total and continue to payment.

    Is a lawyer included in every package?

    SplitBase is for documents and self-filing, without lawyer review. SplitPlus includes lawyer review and filing. SplitPro also includes a 60-minute lawyer consultation.

    What if we haven’t agreed on everything?

    You both need to agree to the terms before signing consent orders. If a few details remain, a conversation can help establish whether Split Ways is suitable before you pay.

    Does payment mean the Court will approve our orders?

    No. The Court makes the final decision and may request changes or more information. Both of you still need to review and sign the proposed orders before they are filed.
